ROBOTS, is a fan-made-robot-wars series by JSMALL147.

HISTORY

After watching various clips of ROBOT WARS: THE SEVENTH WARS in 2005, Jason began playing with robots with his good friend, Liam. They'd only done annihalitors, but they (approximately) managed to make about 50 series. Their best robot was called ATOM, which was a wee action-man figure on a skateboard they received from McDonalds. They won nearly every series!!! They ended their series in late 2006. 7 months passed, and Jason was searching the web, when he suddenly found the famous website: YOUTUBE. He had a good lookaround, and watched many robot wars videos. And then, out of the blue, he found a video named "ROBO WAR SERIES 1 HEAT A", which was made by the legendary LASTDAYDAWNING. Jason went on to watch the first 2 series, and saw hogwild94's LEGO BOT WARS. And then Jason reliased, he should do this again! So, on 8TH AUGUST 2007, ROBOTS was born!

SERIES ONE

The first series contained 3 heats & 18 robots. Some were good-looking some were, um, unusual! The most notable thing about the early series, was Jason's high-pitched voice, due to his bad camera quality with sound. Few thought he was 7, or something!!! Most of the robots were completely random and, as said before, just too wierd! The winners of the three heats were STINGER, a lego robot based on the RW competitor, RAINBOW, a juggling ball!, and WALLET, basically a wallet, with a flipper. STINGER beat them by flipping the others out the arena, and became the first ever champion! Other well-known bots included BIG NIPPER, which was actully a trophy, but it looked like the actual robot, and also DART, a dart, MINI-R, a small radio with brute force and strong armour, and, the most famous of them all - TOILET ROLL!!! TR went on to become the most famous robot in ROBOTS!!!

SERIES TWO

Well, SERIES I had ended, and Jason promised the second one would begin after the weekend, only it turned it to get put up only 4 hours after the series one grand final! SERIES II had 6 heats, 6 robots in each. The heat setout was 3 one-on-one battles, and the winners fight in a 3-way heat final. SERIES II contained even more random bots than the first!!! Some including CHARLIE, a giant book!, RED SPIKE, a tiny red rod, REGULAR ATTENDANCE, a BB trophy, and even BRICK, a tiny block of lego! However, there were some decent robots, including DURACELL+, a big favourite of Tourdeforce17. The grand final was between champions STINGER 2, and DURCALL+, and shockingly, DURACELL+ won! Later, a world championship was held, which was won by no other than: TOILET ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERIES 3 was about to start, but unfortunately, Jason's camera broke, and had to wait all the way until January, for a new camera.....
